Jason has spent the last 10 years deep in the world of peptides, performance, and recovery. He is a lifelong fitness fanatic, a jiu-jitsu competitor, and the founder of Flow Cryotherapy, an alternative health studio offering cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, and compression.
He is obsessed with helping real people of all ages move better, feel better, and enjoy their bodies again. In the studio, that looks like localized cryo and recovery tools. With peptides, it means guiding clients through a structured, science based journey instead of letting them roll the dice with random online products.
Jason strongly encourages tracking real health markers over time, periodic blood work and DEXA scans, and he wants you to have someone you can actually call, share results with, and talk through how you are feeling, so your stack evolves as your results do.

Jason is not a medical doctor and Flow is not a medical clinic. The consults are educational: options, sourcing quality, and structure. Many clients also work with licensed physicians, and Flow strongly encourages you to talk to your own doctor about any protocol.
